Depending on what your actual intended use is you can BUY A Raspberry Pi IRLP (turn Key) Node from the Link below. <http://www.irlp.net/order.html> I'm sure Dave Cameron would answer any question and help you if you ask. Should you be a tinkerer. You can also construct you own by buying the interface board and optional parts from the same link, as well as other optional parts. Or if you have some of the parts already, you can use them. Occasionally you may find a used IRLP Node for sale on some of the other VOIP groups if you happen to subscribe/monitor any of those such as Allstar, Echolink, Hamvoip. If totally unfamiliar with IRLP you should do some googling and read about how it all works. Perhaps there are nodes in your locale that you might use and evaluate if some IRLP equipped repeater may do do for you what you want or at least help you decide if you truly need/want your own personal node. Also you will need to provide an RF radio to hook the IRLP node to. IRLP is an RF to RF based system. Meaning RF input passes via VOIP on the INTERNET to an RF output on the opposite end. which will require you to use an RF Transceiver to be its input/output connection for a NODE. An additional cost if you don't already have a radio system to hook IRLP to. If more questions --> larry@n7fm.com Good Luck Larry - N7FM

I think the feed we are using stops once they dock. It is a manual process on this end, but I will attempt to keep it up and working as long as I can.

The audio is now running through an Auto-gain control, so hopefully it will not get too loud at some point. People tend to get excited when the liftoff occurs. But it sounds like they had to reopen some hatch, so I am thinking this one may be a scrub anyhow. Dave Cameron

Seems to work now. Also will the feed be up for the whole mission or just lift off?

We have no control over the audio level that the feed has, and that is echoed in the audio level heard on the radio.

That is as loud as I can make it currently. I will try to use a different feed method, but if the audio all of a sudden gets loud, I will be overdriving every node out there too. Dave Cameron

SpaceX Crew-1 Mission audio
Dave K9DC
We are attempting to carry the SpaceX Crew-1 Launch audio on Reflector 9601. Presumably we found a feed with no commentary or advertising, thus it is largely silent.
Warning: It may not be possible for simplex node operators, or repeaters without the ability to disconnect during a transmission, to disconnect during long periods of activity. So use caution. We take no responsibility for looking up anyone’s repeater. Launch is scheduled for roughly 00:27 UTC or 19:27 EST. -k9dc
