Custom Decode Now Working

Teton Amateur Radio Repeater Association (TARRA)
 

Hello Dave,

It looks like the custom_decode is working now. Thank you so much for your help and sticking with me through this. I think I finally have almost everything back working again. Just need to figure out the mail yet, but I won't ask you for that one.
