What is the troubleshoot-irlp command telling you?

Have a look in roots /tmp folder for the siggen entry.
I have previously copied them to Windows, removed the BS after wavefile.wav and wavefile.ul and played them.

The audio you hear may explain why they were generated.
The auth entry is a unauthorised access attempt to your system, IIRC

HTH

all pass on trouble shoot irlp

The auth message in your log indicates someone or something connected to the IRLP authentication port, but did not authenticate successfully. The troubleshoot test served to verify your own key. Therefore whoever or whatever tried to connect, but did not have a valid key.

The message is normal when authentication fails.

You're on the internet, some wannabe-hacker will connect to you
approximately 4 times a second. IRLP is on somewhat more obscure ports,
so probably "only" every day or so will someone stumble across it, send
some rubbish, fail to authenticate.

Gotta run, the cat's caught in the printer.

So where does the link1 entry originate from?
I don't that part in any of my logs.

Just curious
